Keep up the good work you are an amazing mother!

Just finished watching 20/20 and here's my thoughts. He's a liar, if you know anything about detective work, collecting all the dots and bringing them together leads to the truth. So many dots already they show along with 3 professionals and the medical examiner changes the cause of death, then he fails the polygraph, by the best, and he's deemed a liar. And finally she punched a wall, really. Pour over the crime scene pics and find the mark on the wall with blood, it won't be there. He says the mark on here finger came from that, Learn some human anatomy, wrong knuckle for a punch! And the wound doesn't even resemble an impact wound. Who punches a wall like that. Plus his micro expressions, not going into all the ones I caught, but that was a nice distress micro when he's talking about his alibi. In everything he says he's removing him self of all blame, and more micros. Like she was arguing with herself, well buddy the 911 callers sure heard you doing your part. Evidence no matter how big or small is what reveals the truth of a case. And the only alternative to all that is taking his word on 20/20. Homicide detectives never take anyone on their sincerity, let me tell you, and most would not be this lazy and bumble the case. And yea get a "defense lawyer" at the end there to convince you otherwise, well you know what they say about lawyers. Prosecuting layers review this stuff and prosecute that's what they do and have done it on less dots! And what do defense layers do, get you off, very fitting indeed. Though as a defense layer does, she did manage to attack some of the dots, she failed in doing so for all of the dots. This whole case smells all the way through. Something like decaying cover up. And a bunch of convincing hearsay by professionals. Like I said prosecutors have caught murderers' on less. But miss professional doesn't want you to know that. Sigh. Hit him in civil, this is so sad.

I just watched 20/20 on you tube, here in Australia about your daughter! I hope you get justice for your daughter and yourself...You are a courageous mother, and I admire your strength. ..A GRAVE injustice has been done. Goodluck in the future

I just saw this segment on 20/20 and to me this is pure INJUSTICE!!! There are so many red flags on those crime scene pictures alone. The boyfriend cannot be trusted from day one. What is he doing with a young girl? To the Mom, I'm so sorry that besides losing your daughter to a scumbag, you had to fight so much to get justice for your daughter. I'm sure the world knows that your daughter was murdered. She did not commit a suicide. More power to you and you've done a great amazing job!!! Best of luck!!!

What an amazing and courageous Mother you are Kelly. What you have done and are doing for your daughter is an inspirational love story, that your intuition has led you on a journey to uncover the truth and expose the ineptitude of such a flawed investigation. If only the crime scene was processed as it should have been there would be one (obvious) person paying for this for the rest of his life. God Bless you and Sheena and your family.

This is yet another tragic story and my heart goes out to the family. The world is watching and it would appear that the fiance is a complete Narcissist who believes in his own lies. They all trip themselves up eventually. Love and prayers.

I am truly sorry for your loss. I just watched the 20/20 report on your story. I want to commend you on your strength. I have nothing to offer but my prayers, so I will pray for justice for Sheena.

I am so sorry to hear about this :-( She was so beautiful. I do not understand why Joe is not arrested for this? Everything points to Joe. Sheena did not kill herself. Nothing points to suicide. Everything points to murder. Everything points to Joe. Joe has no alibi. Joe failed a lie detector test. Joe had access to the room. Joe was angry that she called the cops. Joe did not go through the toll booth. He avoided it - he went through the area later and had to pay in cash to avoid surveillance. Shame on the Police Department. It is quite shocking that Joe is not arrested for this and in the meantime there are thousands of innocent people in jail. How is this Justice? God Bless Sheena and her family. You are heard!

I cannot believe with all the evidence u shared by doing everything u could they did not change there decision. You are one amazing person and your daughter is lucky to have a wonderful mom like u. I thinks its obvious your daughter did not commit suicide. And I have little doubt who killed her. My heart goes out to u.

Yesterday on You Tube I saw the Dr. Phil show from 2012 which led me to look further for what has happened since then. I had no idea it would still be ongoing in August 2014. My heart breaks for you. Sheena is so very present in everything you're doing. I'm in awe of your strength and focus. I hope soon you find answers in the details and peace in your rest.

Kelly, you are AMAZING!! Keep fighting, there is no way your daughter killed herself. I just watched the webcast of the 20/20 episode and I am enraged. The "investigation" was a disgrace, and you deserve to know the truth. This is a JOB for the detective and those at the FDLE - but this was Sheena's LIFE. They need to get some perspective, own their mistakes, and treat this case with the respect it deserves. Kelly, you remind me so much of my Mom - she's a fighter and would never stop fighting. You are not alone in this! My heart goes out to you and your family.

Saw 20/20 and I just hope for the sake of everyone that answers can be answered and justice can be served so that families can move on. It's such a horrific thing that happened. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. It was such a tough show to watch and I admire the fight for truth

I watched both episodes of this case.....watch his eyes carefully as he gets interviewed on 20/20......he can barely look the interviewer in the eyes. Notice the person's eye movements. You can usually tell if a person is remembering something or making something up based on eye movements. When people remember details, their eyes move up and to the left if they are right-handed. When right-handed people make something up, their eyes move up and to the right. The reverse is true of left-handed people. People also tend to blink more rapidly ("eye flutter") as they're telling a lie. More common in men than in women, another tell of a lie can be rubbing the eyes.[1] •Watch the eyelids. These tend to close longer than the usual blink when a person sees or hears something he or she doesn't agree with.[4] However, this can be a very minute change, so you will need to know how the person blinks normally during a non-stressful situation for accurate comparison. If the hands or fingers also go to the eyes, this may be another indicator of trying to "block out" the truth.[4] •Be careful about assessing the truthfulness of someone's statement based on eye movements alone. Recent scientific studies have cast doubt on the idea that looking a certain direction can help pinpoint someone who is lying. Many scientists believe that eye directionality is a statistically poor indicator of truthfulness. This guy is a liar and needs to serve the consequences of murder!!

Kelly I just wanted to let you know that I just saw the show on 20/20 on Hulu. I can't believe they have not charged that p.o.s with your daughters murder! I wish you the best of luck! Prayers go out to you and your family.

Just watched 20/20 and felt completely drawn in. I have a 28 yr old daughter whom I raised by myself. We have a connection that is very strong. Nobody can do any harm to her and nobody could do any harm to me without consequences. My father was murdered and the homicide case was never solved and it is beyond frustrating every day and August 13th will be 39 years. I know in my heart that the closeness you 2 shared that she would have never committed suicide and put you thru that daily torture that you experience. She would NEVER,NEVER do that to you. My prayers to you and never give up. My daughter lives out of state and this is exactly my fear, that something would happen and I was not there to help and protect her. This program rang close to my heart. So very sorry for your loss.

Way to go Mom! It's unbelievable how far the legal system will go to prevent lawsuits or truth when they have made a mistake. I agree with your investigation. The arrangement of the pants, the sand on her feet etc...The cockiness in the police officers eyes disgust me. There will be a day of answering for the guy that did this and the people that cover it up.

You should know you did everything you can to get justice and your daughter is very proud of you as she was on earth. This guy will have to answer to God one day and justice will be served. I am so sorry for your loss. Talk to her she does hear you. I hope you can get a reading from a good medium so you can hear from your daughter!!!!!!! Stay strong & God Bless you, you are one great Mom!!!!!
